In a Mental Hospital a journalist asked the Doctor, "How do you determine whether to admit a patient or not?"

The Doctor replied, "Well, we first fill a BathTub and give a teaspoon, a glass cup and a bucket to the patient and ask them to empty the Bathtub"

The Journalist said, "Oh, obviously a normal person would use the bucket because its bigger....

The doctor replied: NO, a normal person would pull the drain plug!
